PINTA Hoppy Crew: Are You Sure? Mosaic® / Simcoe® / Galaxy® – Hoppy Crew in action – brewing new DDH DIPA and ending up on labels. After a brainstorm – running in a peaceful atmosphere – we decided to open the list of hops with Mosaic®, which brings a decent punch of mango, guava and some citrus notes. Simcoe® enhances the beer’s tropical profile and adds resinous character. Galaxy® compliments the taste and aroma with white fruits and berries.

ABV: 8,1%

BLG: 20,0°Plato

Recommended temperature: 8-10°C
Recommended glass: PINTA shaker
