PINTA Hoppy Crew: Are You There? / / Ella™ / Motueka™ – Hoppy Crew in action – brewing new DDH Oceanic Pilsner and ending up on labels. First a clean, malt base was created and that allowed hops from the Antipodes to play the first fiddle. Ella™ variety brings a lot of fresh, tropical fruits and citrus with a pinch of flower notes. Motueka™ boosts the composition with a fresh zest of lime and lemon.
ABV: 5,1%
BLG: 12,0°Plato
Hop Rate: 18g / litr
