Limoncello Sour

We are returning to the Italian vibes. Kwas My is sweet, sour and citrusy – it is a beer alternative to the famous limoncello liqueur. We added freshly squeezed lemon juice to this light, acidified beer and sweetened it with non-fermentable xylitol (birch sugar).
