Session Hazy IPA

In 2023 we focus on session beers – it’s supposed to be an easy 12 months! In September, that promise took the form of a session IPA, hazy thanks to the addition of oat malt and wheat flakes and a special yeast. We dry-hopped the beer with a super trio – Citra®, Nelson Sauvin™ and Cryo Hops® Sabro® varieties.
