We continue our journey through sour side of beer world. This time, whilst filling a container we used not only lactic acid but also a freshly squeezed juice from 1000 kilos of raspberries to give Gamma nubile color, fruity aroma and complex, malty-tarty-raspberry like taste. PINTA Kwas Gamma – dessert without unnecessary sweetness.
