In 2021, the leitmotif of the PINTA of the Month series are hops. We start with a New Zealand blend named after Bruce Eggers from Freestyle Hops farm. The mixture of Nelson Sauvin™, Motueka™, Paciffica™ and Southern Cross™ brings the notes of gooseberry, citrus peel, ripe tropical fruits and orange blossom. In our New Zealand DDH IPA served dry.
