Wiosną tego roku zapowiadaliśmy rozpoczęcie zorganizowanego eksportu PINTY. Wybór padł na Koniec Świata – nasze Sahti najbardziej rozpalało wyobraźnię piwoszy i piwowarów za granicą – w Finlandii, Japonii a ostatnio we Francji.
Ponieważ nasza krajowa przygoda z Końcem Świata układa się zaskakująco pomyślnie, dla wersji eksportowej wymyśliliśmy równie prosta nazwę: HAPPY END. Piwo ma etykietę w całości w jęz. angielskim.
W tym miesiącu planujemy wysyłkę kartonów z HAPPY ENDEM do odbiorców w Niemczech, Holandii i w Skandynawii.
PINTA Happy End 19,1°Plato – Sahti Beer.
A thick mash slowly seeps through the layer of freshly-cut twigs of juniper. A filtrate is not brewed but directly strained with a mass of yeasty matter. After several days a muddy, unsaturated and damn strong “prebeer” can be poured into the cups with a ladle. You can warm yourself. This is the way the Finnish brew their Sahti for hundreds of years. This is the way Sahti was brewed by PINTA. The day of Doom. Think twice before you buy it. Fermented with the use of bakery yeast in room temperature.
Ingredients: Weyermann® malt: pale ale malt, rye malt, smoked barley malt; Lublin hop cones (PL); juniper berries; juniper twigs; bakery yeast.
Pasteurized beer, unfiltered. Extract: 19,1°Plato. Alcohol: 7,9%abv.
Bottle: 500 ml. Label in English language.
