PINTA Hoppy Crew: Where Are We? Mosaic® / Enigma™ / Idaho 7™ – Hoppy Crew in action -brewing new QUAD IPA and ending up on labels. Mighty beer, filled to the brim with Mosaic®, Enigma™ and Idaho 7™ hops, added in several stages. The first one brings tropical flavors, the second one – white fruits and berries and the third one stands for stone fruits and pine notes. For the fermentation we used Wyeast London Ale III yeast.
ABV: 13,5%
BLG: 30,0°Plato
Recommended temperature: 8-10°C
Recommended glass: PINTA shaker
